Battle Sharks is a turn-based tactical RPG. Build an underwater base, collect and merge 22 shark species, fight 3v3 battles, beat five giant bosses and conquer territories across the ocean map. The game is free to play with optional in-app purchases. Available for iOS and Android.
First, make sure the payment was actually completed and you received a receipt from the App Store or Google Play. Reopen the game while connected to the internet — pending purchases are delivered on launch. If the pearls are still missing, email us with the store receipt and we will restore them manually.
The Starter Pack is a non-consumable purchase. Open the shop and use the store restore flow of your platform, or contact us with your receipt. Pearl packs are consumable and are spent in-game, so they cannot be restored.
Progress is stored locally on your device, so deleting the app or switching to a new device removes the save. We do not have cloud saves yet. If you lost progress after an update, write to us — we can often compensate your resources so you can continue where you stopped.
Refunds are handled by the store, not by us. On iOS use reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android use the Google Play order history.
The game supports English, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and Italian. Open the settings from the gear icon in the lobby and pick your language.
There are two kinds of ads: rewarded ads, which you only see if you choose to watch one for a bonus, and a short full-screen ad that appears after every few battles. There is currently no option to remove ads permanently. Ads are non-personalized: the game does not track you across other apps and does not request App Tracking Transparency permission.
Please email us a short description of what you did, what happened, and a screenshot or screen recording. Include your game version — it is shown in the settings panel.

Убедитесь, что оплата прошла и магазин прислал чек. Перезапустите игру с интернетом — незавершённые покупки выдаются при запуске. Если жемчуга всё равно нет, пришлите нам чек, и мы начислим его вручную.
Стартовый набор — нерасходуемая покупка, её можно восстановить через магазин вашей платформы или через нас по чеку. Паки жемчуга расходуемые: они тратятся в игре и восстановлению не подлежат.
Сохранение хранится локально на устройстве, поэтому удаление игры или смена устройства стирает прогресс. Облачных сохранений пока нет. Если прогресс пропал после обновления — напишите нам, обычно мы компенсируем ресурсы.
Возвраты оформляет магазин, а не мы. На iOS — reportaproblem.apple.com, на Android — через историю заказов Google Play.
Игра поддерживает русский, английский, испанский, португальский, французский, немецкий и итальянский. Откройте настройки по шестерёнке в лобби и выберите язык.
Рекламы две: за просмотр по желанию даётся бонус, плюс короткий полноэкранный ролик после каждых нескольких боёв. Отключить рекламу насовсем пока нельзя. Реклама неперсонализированная: игра не следит за вами в других приложениях и не запрашивает разрешение App Tracking Transparency.
